Minimum one Latinx startup leader as part of the executive team (founders and/or non-founder)
U.S. registered and based company (ok if still a "project" at College/University, but working toward creating an entity)
Early Stage (Pre-seed, Seed, Pre-Series A)
Traditional startups and/or scalable impact ventures
 Current College/University students
